We have combined dosage form of ophthalmic solution containing glycerine and Carboxymethyl cellulose sodium . Glycerine interfere CMC-Na so we can't follow IP monograph . We are looking for alternative way to estimate CMC- Na. Kindly suggest
You can quantify using RID. First you'll need to use standards in order to create a calibration curve. Then you can analyze your samples
