Particularly, a component of the twist can be extracted from the w-scan of asymmetrical (hkl; h not equal to zero and, l not equal to zero) reflections measured in skew geometry.
I think w-scan from (101) peak will refelect the edge dislocation, however, I donot think can extrat the edge dislocation density from w-scan solely.Maybe some other auxilliary experiments and test needed.
thank you. I am trying my all effort to get more information regarding this...a component or a little information can be get by this peak as it asymmetrical. exactly possible by phi scan not easily available... but looking to get correct value of burger vector for this plane....... the question also there is it a most close-packed for edge dislocation plane?
