if you want to link an RNA molecule to your aptamer you dont't need to transfect, but you can just add your chimeric molecule to the medium of your cells. As Petra said you can find many papers on Pubmed in which aptamers were linked to miRNAs, anti-miRNAs or siRNAs. Vittorio de Franciscis' group published many papers in which they linked an anti-AXL aptamer to many different molecules, you can also take a look at them.
