Thank you very much for your answer. Could you please give me tha screenshot or tutorial how to count the apoptotic cells? Because from the tutorial (https://www.vsh.com/Documentation/ModFitLT/html/UsingSyncWizard.htm), I just could analyze debris and aggregates.
