In the output of my structural model I got the fit indices values as follows.

CMIN/DF = 2.059

GFI = .871,       NFI= .858

IFI=.922,           CFI=.919

RMSEA=.092    PCLOSE=.001

In this case can I accept this model? please provide the relevant literature for me.
