It's humble request for facts approximately correlation between variation of conductivity of material with XRD Pattern.
From some other study look at the conductivity of material is increasing. can it is feasible to explain through the xrd peaks broadening pattern?

Try to correlate the fwhm of peak with conductivity. The higher fwhm of xrd peak indicates maximum strain in sample and will tell you the disorder in material. Through that you can correlate with conductivity.

The conductivity of a material depends on the average domain size of the material, which can be obtained through the XRD data.
The electrical conductivity of a material σ=neμ, where n, e, and μ are carrier concentration, the charge of the electron, and mobility, respectively.
In general, a material with smaller grains is less conductivity. Because of small grains, the material has a high grain boundary density. So, the change carriers are more likely to scatter from the grain boundary and decrease carrier mobility. This would decrease the conductivity of the material, given the carrier concentration is the same.
If a material is made of large crystallites, the charge carriers can move with much less scattering from the grain boundary. Thus, increasing the carrier mobility and conductivity.
However, in some cases, a material with a smaller domain size could inject additional charge carriers in the system, due to a higher surface area to volume ratio or the presence of conductivity states. ( Please take a look: Article Effects of Grain Size on the Thermoelectric Properties of Cu...
)Overall, the interplay between n and μ dictates, how the average domain size (i.e. Correlated with peak broadening) will affect the conductivity.
PS: Other than size, the inhomogeneous strain in the material can broaden the powder diffraction peak
