Can the sudden change of transmittance at the critical wavelength be influenced by the crystallinity of the material?

From the Transmittance spectra of my TCO samples, I found that the the slope is not same for all the samples. Can the steepness/slope of the transmittance spectra be linked to the crystallinity or grain size? If then how?
