I have research about the effect of training and SHE on work productivity. Productivity is variabel dependent. My Professor suggest me that I have to share a questionnaire about productivity to their leaders. But About training and SHE I could give the questionnaire to general employes. I kinda confused What sampling techniques should be used? and how to process the data. Thank in advance

In the case of a linear regression, this is not possible. The number of observations of X and Y must be equal. Sampling can be random, if there is a register of the interviewees.

I cannot imagine having unequal numbers on the LHS and RHS. If numbers are unequal you would have to group them in some way so as to give equality.
