Hello, everyone. I isolated RNA from the cancer cell line utilising triazole and chloroform methods. I employed a Nanodrop machine to assess the purity of the extracted RNA and found the following ratios, as shown in the attached image. Would it be possible to use this RNA for RNA sequencing?

It's still important to verify the integrity of the RNA (i.e., checking the RNA degradation) by running an agarose gel or using an instrument like the Bioanalyzer. As long as the RNA integrity is good, your sample should be suitable for RNA sequencing.

A value closer to 2.0 is generally expected for high-quality RNA, but values in the range of 1.79–2.2 are still acceptable.
