As we know almost antibiotics usage lead to abortion / miscarriage in humans and animals as well, how should we minimize the effect of antibiotics?

is there any alternate way to combat the negative effect of antibiotics and target the diseseses as well, caused by highly fetal pathogens to save the fetus.
