i have standard corundum sample (Al2O3).  i  try to calculate peak at position 35.14 degree using TOPAS, EVA and Sharrer Equation, what i got :

From scherrer equation , crystallite size : 163.80nm

From EVA , crystallite size : 162.80nm

From TOPAS : 400nm

how to calculate correctly? 

i using this information in sharrer equation :

lamda : 0.15406 nm

2 theta : 35.14/2 =17.574

K=1

FWHM=0.056 degree = 9.775x10-4 in radian
