Imagination denotes perceiving the world from a distinct and unique perspective that differs from ordinary or commonsense experience. however, the sense of reality is reinforced by not only participating in the imaginative or inner experiences, but by acting out the internal events (here the system can be recognized as implementation of imagination or imaginative ideas). People’s views and everyday activities are described Charles Taylor as “social imaginary” referring to the way ordinary people imagine their social world.
Thanks, El-Sayed El-Aswad . This is interesting. What about the "process" itself? Being characterized by Non-linearity, non-logicality, freedom to combine (innovation), partial reliance on memory and past experiences,...What kind of apparently "chaotic mechanism" governs this faculty?!
The ongoing search of/for meaning (make sense of this life and other strange things) is the main mechanism governing this faculty (combining and recombining natural elements in non-natural contexts creating the mythical and imaginary).
