Have you ever thought that your papers are getting less citations than they should?
I'm talking about papers which have been peer-reviewed that get zero citation over years.
Does the way a researcher upload their paper(s) influence the possibility of citing the paper? Any technicalities that should be taken into consideration?!
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I think this is very interesting, but very mad as well (sorry I cannot resist calling it so!) May I ask you how did colleague researchers react to your ideas on publishing and research evaluation?!
It looks like RG is only aware of citations given by RG members. So, if someone who is not a member of RG gave you a citation it will not show in the list of citations.
