I wonder if you can share your thoughts on this:

My institution recognizes only Google Scholar and ResearchGate citation scores.

The articles uploaded to my ResearchGate profile are also uploaded to my Google Scholar and Academia. My question is:

1. How does this affect my citation score on ResearchGate? The papers on all three accounts are the same, so do you think that reading or downloading a paper from my Academia profile makes people refrain from reading it on ResearchGate thus minimizing the citation chances on my RG or Google Scholar?

2. Do you recommend keeping my works on all these different platforms at the same time?

Thanks, your comments are appreciated!
