A prooxidant could be used to damage plasma membrane.

You can look at Oxford biochemical kits. Malondihaldehye (MDA) is to measure lipid peroxidation. GSH/GSSG for antioxydant status.

It depends exactly on what of DNA damage and lipid peroxidation endpoints you want to measure. There are indeed several commercial kits for estimating that (see some examples links bellow), and depending on the country one or other brand is more convenient.

It might be worth to mention that technically speaking, lipid peroxidation is a process, while MDA or GHS/GSSG are common biomarkers of oxidative stress, i. e. they don't measure lipid peroxidation but the balance between pro and anti-oxidants.
