Does anyone know price of purchasable software that having all the packages including QSAR, Pharmacophore modelling. ADMET properties prediction and molecular docking etc.
Scrodinger does not list pricing, since there are too many possible options (no of cores/nodes, which programs are included, for how-long is the license). You can request a quote emailing to Annette Hoglund ([email protected]) - she is always very helpful and professional.
That said, if you want to add all the packages you listed you're probably looking at something north of $10,000/year...
Moe (http://www.chemcomp.com/Product-Request_Info.htm) seems to have a similar suite, but I have not used it and have no knowledge about the pricing.
Academic pricing for all Schrodinger modules (Premium package, single license, with 30 tokens - approx. 4 different jobs can be started at the same time) is $7500/year (there was also some discount for paying 3 or more years in advance). For Premium with 40 tokens and extra license academic user have to pay $10.000/year.
Yes go with Schrodinger . You can get what ever packages you want. GLIDE for docking, PHASE for pharmacophore modeling and Qsar. QIKPROP for ADMET prediction.

ADMET Properties can be calulated by free online servers such as
LAZAR server ,ORISIS(OFFLINE TOOL), Lipinksy filter (available on Scfbioiit- delhi website).

Go to Schrodinger. It can be run on GPU systems, is very fast and has all the perks you need.
Technical support is superb and sales will cut you a deal for any task. I suggest you get a workstation with a professional GPU or you will be wasting your time.
2GB RAM Dual core is not suitable. Get a gaming latop with 16-32GB RAM, 4GB VRAM and 0.5-1TB SSD. It is way cheaper than a workstation and I have worked on it before. The downside would a complete loss of system after 3 years of heavy use.
I have used Certara software before and can tell you it is no match for Schrodinger. Save yourself money on the software, get a gaming laptop and an academic package from Schrodinger.
