Extrusion may be a rather complex unit operation to model realistically. About the parameters that one might have to consider when dealing with extrusion of ceramic pastes, you may refer to answers to another question posed at this forum ̶ «What are the most important parameters controlling the extrusion of pastes?»: https://www.researchgate.net/post/What_are_the_most_important_parameters_controlling_the_extrusion_of_pastes
Did you try with Matlab? Take a look at this http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/47417-simmechanics-contact-forces-library/content/SM_Contact_Forces_Lib/Scripts_Data/Extr_Data_Cam.m
Extrusion is a very complex process to be simulated numerically, since there are some non-linearities introduced by the material (plastic behaviour), by the geometry (large deformations) and by the presence of the friction forces. Now I don't know how you intended as "simple program" (easy to use?), but a software that you can use to simulate easily an extrusion process is of course MSC Patran-Nastran.
The best simple program for simulating the forming processes is the DEFORM software. It is very simple in comparison with the other finite element softwares such as ABAQUS .
