Recommended HPLC columns are given in the USP or the PF (for new methods). But even these must be verified by you for your sample matrix in your hands!

The actual HPLC column depends on what dosage form you are manufacturing (tablets, capsules, bulk...).

I need it for the raw material itself, not formulated in a product.

This is the column specified by British Pharmacopoeia.

I don't have access to the BP but the USP uses a 4.5 mm x 250 mm, 5 um packing Asahipak ODP-50 (USP code = L67).

Check the BP in your local library. It will also list the chromatographic conditions.
