Be more specific. What perm rating you are looking for? Most elastomeric coatings provide good vapor barriers, around ~0.015 perm rating.. if you mean flexible, then even common polyethylene films have excellent perm ratings of 0.03.

Thank you Mohamed Sadoun and Sridhar Vadahanambi , the material I am looking for, ideally would have permeability of less than 0.005 @40ºC, for a specific seal in a Water Vapor Transmission Test.
