The ecoinvent data comprise life cycle inventory data of energy, materials, waste management, transports, agricultural products and processes, electronics, metals processing, and building ventilation. 

If data for your country is not existed, you are allowed to use the Ecoinvent data. If those waste materials which you mentioned, are not seen in the database, you can ignore them in your model as there is no emission for food waste production!

From a recent study, where we made interviews with producers and literature reviews etc., we found that the more adquat data the more relevant the study. The differences were high depending on Global, European and especially compared to the real energy sources applied.

If you have time  to do a proper analysis, it would be worth making (at least some) interviews and achieve data/information straight from those involved and copmplement this with literature reviews to find the most appropriate data to describe your system, Otherwise, at least, I suggest to make sensitivity analyses and some comparisons between applying Global and RoW.

I think so you can use Hazardous waste flow for pathological waste, they´re hazardous BIOHAZARDOUS!! 

At lab we classified like Biohazardous for their potential enviro hazards and public health risks!!!! 

But you can check it on WHO, PAHO references of hospital wastes

Nursing homes for the elderly

High-income countries generate on average up to 0.5 kg of hazardous waste per bed per day; while low-income countries generate on average 0.2 kg. However, health-care waste is often not separated into hazardous or non-hazardous wastes in low-income countries making the real quantity of hazardous waste much higher @@@.

Dr. Sköld, your points are quite valid. Its just that getting data is quite difficult sometimes. I spent 6 months collecting data about the wastes. Data regarding waste incineration was not provided by the concerned party.  In fact they were quite hostile to such investigations. (I'm not accusing anyone but according to different sources hospital wastes are often illegally recycled and resold in Pakistan). So I have no clue about the type of the incineration plant or the power inputs or the residue left after incineration. Similarly reliable emissions data regarding different waste types doesn't seem to be available for Pakistan. There have been few LCA/LCIA studies there. 

Still your suggestions regarding sensitivity analysis sound promising. I will definitely try that. More suggestions are welcome

Two more questions.  

1. I didn't have access to any lab/equipment to dry the wastes as they were mostly infectious and hence difficult to handle.  Hence I have the weights of different waste categories on wet basis. Can I use any method to derive dry weights (e.g. %age) from the wet weights for the LCA? 

2. Textiles (mostly adult pampers) had a quite high percentage among the waste categories. So I took some dry packaged pampers of different sizes, soaked them in water and measured the weights. Is this method correct?
