I have a structure in which i have a channel connected to the top of a cylindrical chamber. I want to put a material on the chamber floor, such that the liquid inflowing through the channel will mix with the material inside the chamber, and after that I want to see the fluid concentration profile along the chamber height. I tried to constrcut one small cylinder (representing the material) just below the original chamber, but that didnt work. Can anybody help me regarding how to model and simulate this in COMSOL?

I think it is similar to modeling an inkjet nozzle ink flow.comsol has instructions manuals for this.can you please check?
