Hi all,
We have been dealing with a contamination in our cell lines for month. We replace everything, even the incubators and we use other hood. The media looks fine (no changes in pH) and it is not yeast or fungi. The PCR for mycoplasma was negative. We detect the contamination by doing live imaging and staining with Hoechst. It is seen as small things moving fast inside the cells. All the efforts to identify it were not successful.
Does someone seen something like this before?
