I am doing impedance studies in bulk samples. now I arrive impedance, admittance, electric modulus and relative permittivity from the datas measured. from Jonscher’s law , the value of S decreases when temperature increases and hence my data obey CBH model. can any one please help me,how to calculate the Z/Zmax, M/Mmax and density of states from the exacted data
I do not fully understood your question, but Z/Zmax and M/Mmax looks like normalized values of your impedance and modulus data. It´s very common to use these normalized values to compare different sets of data.
Density of states is usually obtained from the chemical capacitance. Yo just have to extract the Capacitance and fit it to a Gaussian, as explained in the paper of García-Belmonte, (Solar Energy Materials and Solar Cells, 94, pp.336, 2010)
