I. Prepare a 2mL of a solution of drug formulation and free drug using 0.7% tween 20 with PBS.

II. As per above mention intervals, withdraw a 200 µL sample of exterior dissolution solution for HPLC and immediately replace it with an equal volume (200 µL) of fresh dissolution solution.
