Thank you for dropping here. I have given the 2d section below. But in my case i have only 2 blades separated by 180deg apart extending in z. I intend to put this in a wind tunnel and observe the flow characteristics.

You have to divide region for two separated parts (one rotor and second external region). In one file make  mesh for rotor and in second file external mesh. Then you can connect this two cases in Fluent or read mesh to ICEM (to ICEM you have to read .uns if I good remember).

You have to remember to set the some size of elements on interface.
