Dear all.

Who can share thoughts on the chemical purity evidence of laboratory glassware. This problem is very urgent for all laboratories. In fact the issue is as follows. Each laboratory has techniques for cleaning laboratory glassware (e.g., soaking in a solution of detergent, washing with tape water, rinsing with DI water or WFI, etc.). Question is how to establish acceptance criterion for rinsing number during manual cleaning procedure? I've spent about 2 months in order to find the standard documentation for proper cleaning procedure of laboratory glassware. But, unfortunately, number of rinses (5 cycles) provides only one standard and that document is available only for microbiology laboratories. What to do in chemical laboratories? I’m waiting for practical advice.
