How can we calculate the concentration of nanopaticles by mixing variable concentration of ligands and metal solutions.
1. Determine the size of the nanoparticles by DLS and the average weight of the nanoparticles.
2. Centrifuge, wash the nanoparticles. Dry, determine their mass. Having these values, determine the concentration of the nanoparticles.
