Can rabbit TGF-beta protein have functions on pig MSCs? Are rabbit TGF protein and pig TGF homologous?

more specifically, I plan to use pigs as my animal models to test whether my materials containing rabbit TGF-beta, BMP2 can repair the cartilage defect. Since they are two different species, I am worried that rabbit proteins can not have a function on pigs' MSCs. I know it's about the homology and I am beginning to learn some basic knowledge of it. But I am eager to get the answer, so at the same time I am asking help here. wish someone can help me with it. Thanks very much.
