Can phosphorylated and biotinylated oligos be stored at -80, or should be stored at -20? What is better recommendation to increase the life?

Oligo length is 19bp

I will say, the lower (the tempreture) the better. For long time storage, -80oC, for short time storage, -20oC should be fine.
