Can one single domain of protein can predict the function of whole protein? how?

one protein can have more than one domain.....

sometimes one function is perfomed by combination of domains.....

You need to consider these functional predictions as being exactly that - predictions.

They are our best guess at a function of a domain based on sequence similarity, but as such, is it not evidence for a domain carrying out that particular predicted function.

It is a great place to start building your hypothesis about a putative function.
