Intelligence is present in all ordinary people. There is no intelligent and stupid person as many people think, but there are smart people in one field and specialization, and others are smart in many other areas. It is very natural to find someone with many kinds of intelligence. It is rare to have a natural person who does not have at least one kind of intelligence.

The person capabilities can be revealed only when he faces hard conditions, that's only my opinion that I liked to share.

It would be helpful to consider a model proposed by Howard Gardner in his 1983 book "Frames of Mind: The Theory of Multiple Intelligences". Gardner proposed eight abilities that he held to meet these criteria: musical-rhythmic, visual-spatial, verbal-linguistic, logical-mathematical, bodily-kinesthetic, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalistic.

Later on existential and moral intelligence were also added to the list as worthy of inclusion.

The distinction between intelligences is not so clear but Gardner maintains that his theory should "empower people", not restrict them to one modality of learning. Gardner defines an intelligence as "a biopsychological potential to process information that can be activated in a cultural setting to solve problems or create products that are of value in a culture".

It would be worth notice that we should consider also the concept of the emotional intelligence (EI), that first appeared in a 1964 paper by Michael Beldoch, and later gained popularity in the 1995 book by that title, written by the author, and science journalist Daniel Goleman. EI is the capability of individuals to recognize their own emotions and those of others, discern between different feelings and label them appropriately, use emotional information to guide thinking and behavior, and manage and/or adjust emotions to adapt to environments or achieve one's goals.

This concept appeals to me and I find it very useful while trying to determine a person's abilities.

I think it is difficult to determined the personal abilities, the stresses and its rates may discover these abilities.

Our personal abilities is an asset for us being the controller of our mind ,& brain . This may help us to know our progressive trend for our action which may turn out to be a guiding force for our action .For person ability we should not be complacent ,we have not only to be careful but also to follow the footstep for reaching our end of our planned program .

We are equally aware that whatever the end we have chosen we have to make our mission of our life where we have to encounter well many problems & difficulties which we have to accept the challenge of our mission . We know this being a hard task for which with our determination ,good faith ,& will power we may achieve the result .

The result may appear to be a successive part of our mission but we have to make certain that it is a mission of our life for which we have planned for our a end . W e should not make any mistakes for considering our achievements but we have to remain for our observation by keeping a bird eye view so that whatever the planned achievement may turn out to be totally as part of our mission .

With this determination of person abilities after achieving the said result it becomes our responsibility & also a moral path that our personal abilities should not in any way come to our head by moving ,watching , also in our social surrounding that our successful mission should not in any way to be change to in our Pride & Ego ,all though in our ivory tower we may not have the feeling that for our mission our ego has enter our grief .

This may not be a healthy sign for any achievement we may have with us for which we should be more humble & with our associated group they should feel & proud of our achievements . If we are careful for our own introspection & whatever the mission which we have achieved a person abilities should become the main part of our life action & on our contribution for our mission by achieving with our faith & will power we should try to be humble & for our mission let the social surrounding may receive the part of our action as fruitful fragrance .
