Can mirNeasy serum/plasma kit(qiagen) be used to extract long non coding RNAs from plasma?

I am doing a thesis on estimation of plasma levels of several long non coding RNAs in Hepatocellular carcinoma patients.

mirNeasy serum/plasma kit manual says total RNA purification kit it is. Any RNAs > 18 nucleotides can be estimated.

Is there anyone who have estimated lncRNAs using mirNeasy serum/plasma kit...
