Can ImageQuant detect saturated bands in Western Blot?

I found a couple of answers to questions regarding Western Blot analysis on this platform saying that the ImageQuant Tools software can detect saturated bands in Western Blot. Is that true? And if so, does anybody have a source for that?

Yes, ImageQuant can detect them, whereby in default, saturated bands appear pixelated in red. Attached is one source:
