I want to investigate the impact of foreign aids on sectoral growth including three sectors but as a panel data analysis ,I found a lot of time series studies that include more than one sector , but I didn't find any panel data analysis for more than one sector .If it is possible please let me know and which method please . Thanks in advance
Interesting area of study. Would be more meaningful where the extent of aid is significant in the economy.Else trying to find a relationship may not lead you anywhere.

You can pick any model from the pool of panel model specifications: fixed, random or GMM. But you have to be careful in understanding what type of data set you have at your hand. For instance, the number of observation (N), the length of the time (T), the nature of the variables considered for estimation (causality), and other issues do ply an important role the validity and robustness of your estimation.

A similar student project at our university looked at foreign direct investment (FDI) across different sectors between China and several African countries.
Panel data was used to analyze the obtained time series data for these various sectors. A comparative analysis was respectively performed for the different sectors, years and countries.

Se puede realizar mencionado estudio, imagino que no encuentras el uso de la econometria en bases de datos de panel por presentar mayor complejidad, pero se puede realizar. Yo te recomendaría que agregues otras variables para que cumplas con características de exogeneidad ya que en algunos países como el Ecuador el IED no es representativo
