I am trying to implement the grey wolf optimizer for analyzing data of different brain tumour patients across a specific region but I am unable to exploit the algorithm for my work. I intuitively feel that a swarm algorithm can provide me a good data analysis.
you can try many recent bio inspired algorithms of Prof.Xin she yang like firefly, cuckoo search, flower pollination algorithms which are giving good results.

grey wolf optimizer??? I do not know what problem you are trying to solve but I definitely recommend to decide if you need a local search method (single solution based) or a population based technique. It the last one is your choice, I suggest to start with an evolutionary algorithm.

I had compared the performance of lots of newest optimization algorithms to solve some benchmark problems in high dimensional space. I suggest the whale optimization algorithm (WOA). Its performance is realy awsome.

I think it depends on the objective function. To solve your problem, you need to look for an objective function and design an objective function that can perform a proper analysis on your problem.
Algorithms such as PSO, ABC,GWO ... can give you better results. Because each algorithm is designed for a specific problem and many algorithms do not answer to many problems. In any case, in addition to selecting the algorithm, the design of the objective function is also important.
Certainly, by choosing the Appropriate algorithm and designing the Appropriate objective function, your problem will be solved.
