Can I use the CFD FLUENT approach to investigate and examine these dimensionless groups for the two-phase flow patterns predictions and How? Is there any suggestion please.
You can always define your own field variables and then ask Fluent to plot them over the domain. In the definition you can access existing variables, e.g., density, viscosity, velocity, and additionally, you must decide on a value of length scale. See in the manual more on how to define "custom field functions" (not to be confused with "user defined functions").
You can define every dimensionless parameter in Fluent and ask it to plot or other activity that you need. You can import your parameter by define function in Define menu in Fluent
As Dr Danial suggested, you can use Custom FieldFunction to define any dimensionless number and can plot it.

Would you mind giving me further help in how you manage to investigate the effect of Froude number (Fr) for example of hydrodynamic characteristics of two phase flow? I mean how can i place different values of Froude number and investigate its effect ?
What is the model to use in Ansys fluent to treat the problem of free convection heat transfer flow without turbulence in a saturated non Darcian porous media, using the Darcy-Brinkman-Forchheimer model?. On the other hand, how to introduce the Viscous Resistance and the Inertial Resistance in our model?
