1. I would like to compare secondary oxidation product between liposome and fish oil during storage time.

Can I use TBARS to assess and to compare that?

Because I afraid that TBARS in step heat, fish oil will increase oxidation product!

2. I tried to find some acceptable TBARS value, but I fail. Can anyone advice me about acceptable TBARS value in oil or fish oil or liposome?

If you have some journal, please suggest me.
