Can I use Neuro-2A, PC-12 or SH-SY5Y to make functional neural networks in vitro?

I want to use some cell line (not primary culture) to make neural networks so i can study their communication in vitro.

Is it possible to do this using a cell line from the above? Do they form communicating networks (spontaneous or induced electrical activity)? If yes, which is the best line, and how can i achieve differentiation? I was thinking N2A with RA, or PC12 with NGF differentiation, but i don't know if they eventually have electrical activity. Thank you!
