i used MBI because the questionnaire is more focusing on work surrounding rather than other work stress measurement which focus on health condition; psychological aspect such as DASS which is not cover the work place enviroment and most of them focue on psyhological aspect. Since my research is more on social science can i use Maslach Burnout Inventory to measure work stress ? im looking foward for your reply. Thank you.
