No one can gurantee if it works or not. The only way try to use it with standarad control and may be increase in the amount of DNA can be useful

I believe these reagents are fairly stable if you store and handle them properly, avoiding multiple rounds of freeze-and-thaw. If so, they should still work several month or even a year beyond the expiration date.

Hi Sahar Adish,

Theoretically, yes it can be used. Usually, these reagents are stable for more than six month beyond the expiry date (if it stored, freeze thaw properly). I usually suggest two options: For diagnostic purpose never use expired reagents. For research purpose you can use for qualitative data not for quantitative data.
