Can i use human X and Y chromosomes centromeric probes for the cattle semen samples???

I have X and Y chromosome specific centromeric probes of humans and i want to use the same probes for diagnosis of aneuploidy condition in cattle , can i use those probes or not??

Human centromeric probes should work on cattles too as these are very identical.
