Can I use discovery studio for simulating the complex? As glide uses OPLS2005 force field and discovery studio uses Charmm force field, will it be a logical step or not?
Thank you. yet are you sure there will not be any questions as to why discovery studio was used , while desmond was used for another protein?
Hi
thanks for your suggestions
