I only have access to sand, silt, clay, organic matter and bulk density data and require data on hydraulic conductivity/ porosity/ permeability for soil erosion modelling.

YES, because those data you have- sand, silt, clay contents are precursors to, and determinants of the ones you are looking for- permeability and H.C.

Yes you can. I recommend the Soil Water Characteristics software that uses Saxton et al. (2006) equations. It is quite useful and compared to field measured values the differences (i.e. error margin) are very acceptable.
