Can you use bulk density to calculate soil structure?

I require soil structure data, but I cannot find any remotely sensed soil structure data. However, I have found bulk density and hope that there is a formula that can get soil structure.

Can I use clay, organic matter, silt or sand data to calculate hydraulic conductivity or permeability?

I only have access to sand, silt, clay, organic matter and bulk density data and require data on hydraulic conductivity/ porosity/ permeability for soil erosion modelling.
