Hello, I need to perform some in-vivo neutralization (by anti-body) experiments on BALB/c mice. My various experimental groups need different IgG sub-classes as isotype control. So, can I use IgG as a whole as isotype control for the experiment, keeping antibody quantity same in the control and experimental groups?
