You can use ANOVA which would allow you to conduct the overall test of the hypothesis that A=B=C=D and follow-ups for the pairwise tests. You can also carry out a test of the linear contrast that e.g., A > B > C > D. This isn't strictly an ordinal test but for many purposes thats a sensible test of an a priori hypothesis that the means are ordered.
