Has anybody done persulfate method for TN measurement in low range sample with YSI reagents?

I want to do the total nitrogen (TN) tests on water samples. My samples are all low range which means the TN concentration in them are between 0-25 mg/L. I got the prepared reagents and vials from YSI for persulfate digestion method but in the end I can't get any meaningful results because the measured value is below the detectable range by this method according to the spectrophotometer. Has anybody done TN tests with this method for low range TN?
