If you have uploaded the dataset anyone including you can use it!

In my opinion you can do that , because it is a bit different from what you have already published. Also you may refer to your previous published dataset.

YOU CAN USE IT FOR SEVERL WITHOUT ANY RESTRICTION. THE AIM OF THE DATA IS TO VALDATE PERFORMANCE AND ACCURACY OF YOUR PROPOSED METHOD/APPROACH/ALGORITHM/MODEL IN COMPARISON TO THE EXISTIN ONES (IF EXISTS).

There is no harm to use the same dataset as long as your purpose is to examine it in a different way (by performing new experiments, using different parameters or applying different methodologies etc). Also, it is a good approach to cite your previous publication where you used this data and mention how differently you will be using it now in your recent work.

Datasets can be used without restrictions and they are not related to issues regarding plagiarism. Moreover it is a good idea to use multiple datasets in a study, to remove any chance of a possible bias.

I agree that reuse of data does not constitute a plagiarism issue. However, if you want to do statistical analysis on the data it gets a bit more complicated.

There could be a problem in that you have already "seen" the data. If seeing the data made you notice a possible pattern in the data, and you then use the same data to quantify whether the pattern is a real pattern in the population or just a statistical blip of this dataset (p-values), you will not get a reliable result.

You might also want to find out about Bonferroni's correction for multiple tests.

This doesn't mean that you can't use the data, but it does mean that you need to be more cautious about relying on statistical tests.

I also support to Arsalan Yaghoobi for his comments. As I mentioned earlier there is no problem at all if you cite the source of data with data and time.
