hello. I fixed B16F10 cells with FA 5% for 5 min and blocked with BSA 1% for 1h. I then stained them with Lysotraker red DND-99 from invitrogen at various ratios, and LAMP-1 (sc-20011) to make sure I was staining lysosomes correctly. They both stain the nuclei together, what could be the reason?

*Hoechst was stained together, but to prevent co-localization of wavelengths, we took separate images and merged them.
