Modern protocols for surface sterilization of Arabidopsis seeds indicate that seeds can be sown immediately after sterilization or stored in sterile water for several hours at room temperature, or even kept at 4°C overnight before sowing without significantly affecting germination rates or seedling growth, provided the seeds remain in a sterile environment and do not dry out or become contaminated
We keep the seeds in dark to break the dormancy so even if you sow them after one day it may take more time to germinate. So I will recommend you to at least wait for 2 days to obtain better germination.
